Natalie Pirks is the freshest talent to hit
our screens in the last few years. She was the co-host of
"Make me a Supermodel Extra" on Five Life and is
the Entertainment Editor for ITN On.
Natalie is a fully-qualified and multi-skilled
journalist, having studied multi-media journalism at Bournemouth
University and graduating with a 2:1 degree. She majored in
radio and sport, and for her final project she produced a
12-minute radio package in the issues surrounding bringing
video replay into football, during which she interviewed the
then manager of West Ham United Harry Redknapp, The Mirror
Deputy Ed Des Kelly and football Agent Rachel Anderson. She
then moved on to stints writing for The Times, The Mirror
and Talk Sport.

Having won the 2002 BBC Talent competition,
she has taken the bull by the horns and proved that she's
not just a pretty face. Since then, she has been a valued
member of the BBC Grandstand and BBC London teams, reporting
from high-profile events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth
Games and the World Darts Championships. As part of the team
at BBC London as both a presenter on radio and television,
her football reports have been an enjoyable part of Saturday
afternoons across the capital, and with a unique ability to
get the stories behind the personalities.
Natalie has also worked for Radio 1, spending 8 months as
a journalist and presenter and as well as editing and producing
for the station. Her in-depth knowledge and countless connections
made her the obvious choice to work on top breaking sports
stories, such as Rio Ferdinand's ban, the Leicester City scandal
in La Manga, top European football games etc. After Radio
1, Natalie has made her mark at ITN, working on news, business,
showbiz and sport bulletins, as well as presenting business
and showbiz updates for mobile phone networks.
With all this experience behind her, it is amazing that
Natalie is still in her mid-20's! With a long career in front
of her, there is no doubt that Natalie will go far.
