John Inverdale will continue on a freelance basis to host Rugby, Tennis, Golf, Athletics, Racing, as well as the Olympic Games in London 2012, for BBC TV and Radio. John is delighted to renew his long association with the BBC.

Graham Napier playing for Central District Stags, New Zealand
Essex Cricket Star Graham Napier signed for Central District’s Stags for New Zealand’s domestic 2009/10 Championship. Graham was selected for the Stags by Australian cricket legend Dermot Reeve and has already impressed with a remarkable display of power hitting, thumping 73 from just 27 balls giving Stags victory in their One Day match against Northern Knights. This underlines Graham’s value to the England 20/20 Squad.

Russ Williams’ signs new contract with Absolute Radio
MPC have reached agreement with Absolute Radio for Russ Williams to present his show for another two years until the end of 2011. Russ can be heard every weekday from 10am – 1pm. Russ has been broadcasting on Absolute Radio, and it's predecessor Virgin Radio, for over 15 years and this extension continues his stint as one of the countries most successful radio presenters. Absolute Radio can be heard on 105.8fm in London, 1215am & DAB around the country and across the world online.
Shaun Pollock on ESPN
Shaun Pollock has just finished commentating on the Champions League Trophy for ESPN, which was broadcast around the world. The tournament was watched by hundreds of millions of viewers and Shaun demonstrated once again what a consummate professional he is in the commentary box.
Shaun will be commentating for Sky Sports this winter on the 2009/10 South Africa vs. England Test series.
Shane Warne joins Sky One sporting panel show
Shane Warne returned to the UK briefly this month to record a one-off special for Sky One. Shane, along with Jodie Kidd and David Ginola were the team captains on new sport and comedy panel show ‘It’s Going To Penalties’. The 30 minute programme will be aired in early November with the possibility of a long run sometime in 2010.

Mark Pougatch is in the process of writing a book for Mainstream Publishing (A division of Random House). The book with the working title of 'Three Lions vs The World; The Story of England at the World Cup', will be about the history of England's World Cup adventures. It is due for release in time for the World Cup 2010.
