Nikki is an extremely talented and fun Entertainment and Lifestyle Presenter with extensive Live Studio Experience totalling over 3000 hours.
She is a trained Broadcast Journalist with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Media Studies and her presenting career to date has seen her Anchor the Guardian Media Group’s Live 3 hour daily Breakfast Show on Channel M for two years, work as an Entertainment Reporter and Showbiz Correspondent interviewing famous faces and covering high profile and red carpet events, provide the backstage gossip and banter for ‘Live & Unsigned 2010’, host a specialist Health and Fitness magazine show as well as hosting live events such as the ‘Manchester in Fashion Weekend’ catwalk, The Genesis Appeal Twilight Walk and various Charity and corporate events as well as Presenting at promotional roadshows for Adidas, Nickelodeon and Mars.
Her passion for the Entertainment world and current affairs mixed with her natural warmth has meant she’s been a hit with viewers and is a very versatile presenter able to talk intelligently about a wide range of topic areas, from the serious through to the downright silly with a real energy and enthusiasm.
Nikki is also a professional Voice Artist trained at the London Academy of Radio, Film & TV, her most notable credits being for the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing Online Features ‘Strictly in 60’ for the 2009 season as well as voicing BBC School Report North and various TV Promos.
Her background in Production working on TV Commercials has certainly come in handy for the numerous TV Features she has self produced and directed including a weekly Cinema Review, Showbiz News bulletins, News reports, A series of seasonal Fashion and Beauty Items, Family Fun Days Out and a half hour music show on behalf of Danny McNamara, frontman of Indie Band ‘Embrace’.
Nikki has excellent ad-libbing skills, is a talented script writer, has thorough research skills and is fun and easy to work with – full of creativity and vision.
