Alice Beer made her name on the BBC consumer show Watchdog, co-presenting alongside Anne Robinson.
She developed a reputation as a fearless and thorough consumer journalist - once going undercover to expose a telesales operation in Las Vegas! She went on to front Healthcheck and Face Value for the BBC, as well as regularly reporting for Holiday.
Alice has since demonstrated her versatility on programmes as diverse as the financial round-up Show Me The Money and the BBC spiritual programme, Heaven & Earth. She also appeared with Reeves & Mortimer on Families at War, and hosted Channel 5's Hot Property - in which viewers had the chance to win their dream home. Alice works behind the scenes with many household high street companies ensuring that their customers get a good deal. She loves radio (no botox required) and had her book "A Contented House With Twins" published by Random House two years ago.
